2011 to 2013 I worked on technical support and improvement of the Distant Learning System of the State Duma of the Russian Federation - http://inetlms.duma.gov.ru.
Initially, the System was developed by another company, so I had to quickly find out and improve their program code. Mainly my work consisted of slight widening of the system’s functional, personnel consulting and technical support.
After I improved the Project and established goods relationship with the Customer, I transmitted this Project to another programmer reserving for myself but control and consulting on the Project.
