Project’s description

In 2011 I worked on the contract of exploitation and technical support of an integrated information-analytical system forming and monitoring the execution of the State Program of Capital Investments and monitoring status of capital construction units and their re-construction for the Ministry of Informatization and Telecommunications of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Initially the System was developed by “BARS Group” (http://bars-open.ru/), so I had to quickly study their program code and system’s architecture.
